Kash has over three decades of experience in multiple roles and geographies.
After starting with strategy and finance in a manufacturing company (Bajaj Auto), Kash moved to investment banking (Kotak Mahindra Capital Company). At Kotak, his roles included Head-Debt Capital Markets and Co-Head-Corporate Finance (Debt & Equity). He also led the Corporate Finance team (Issue Management and M&A) at Al Ahlia, which was the largest investment bank in the Sultanate of Oman. Over the years, Kash’s investment banking clients included most of India’s leading banks and financial institutions. In Oman, Shell and British Petroleum were among his prestigious clients.
Kash has also consulted in the areas of Strategy & Finance for businesses in India, China, Singapore, United Kingdom, Germany, United Arab Emirates and the African continent. The range of sectors advised includes Banking & Financial Services (BFS), pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, mining, software, digitisation, formal education, vocational education, e-learning, auto ancillary, hospitality, travel and retail. Within the BFS space, he has advised clients in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Pension Funds, Investment Banking, Securities Distribution & Financial Advisory sectors.
Kash is a post-graduate from India’s top B-School, IIM Ahmedabad. He has also qualified as Cost Accountant & Company Secretary.
