Prashant Shukla

Investment Banking professional with over 24 years of experience in investment banking advisory services for MSMEs. During the professional journey have advised and supported businesses in Strategic & Financial planning including financial projections, benchmarking and guiding their geometric growth working closely with the Management. Assessing and arranging their entire project and Corporate Finance requirements to ensure requisite cash-flows.

Key Functional areas include Financial / Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Feasibility Studies, Project Appraisal, Business Plan / Project Report Writing, Syndicating Project & Corporate Finance, Enterprise Valuations, Strategic & Financial Planning, etc.

Kanwar Singh

Ajay is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level III candidate. As part of his professional journey, he has rendered audit services to leading Indian PSUs (IOCL, NTPC, SCI, SBI) and UK-based companies (National Grid, Centrica).
He was associated with Eisner Amper LLP, one of the leading hedge fund and private equity auditing firms in the US.
